dither-portrait, default settings, real GitHub avatars

Animated exactly as the tool produces them: 120-cell grid, 16 frames, water motion. The percentage is how much of the image becomes ink on the dark variant; above about 55% it starts reading as a slab rather than a portrait.

Avatars are public GitHub profile images, shown to illustrate how the defaults behave across different photographs. No endorsement by the people pictured is implied.
